Steps to Generate a Presentation with Gamma AI

1. Log in to the Gamma dashboard and click the large 'Create New' button.
2. Select 'Generate' mode to start using AI features to build your presentation.
3. Type your presentation topic in the prompt box (Example: 'How to use AI in our business').
4. Add additional details or a few paragraphs about your business into the prompt box to provide better context for the AI.
5. Click the 'Cards' button at the top of the prompt box to set the number of slides (select 5 cards for this quick tutorial).
6. Click 'Generate outline' to begin drafting the presentation structure.
7. In the customization section, set 'Amount of text' to 'Detailed'.
8. Select 'Atmosphere' for the 'Visual theme' option and keep all other settings on 'Default'.
9. Click the 'Generate' button at the bottom of the screen to start generating your slides automatically.
10. Wait a few minutes while the AI finishes building the entire presentation right before your eyes.

Editing Slides Using the AI Agent

1. Locate the 'Agent' button (indicated by a 'sparkle' or star icon) at the top of the editing menu.
2. Click that button to open the 'Edit with AI' panel.
3. Type specific instructions in the chat box regarding what you want to change on the slide.
4. Let the AI Agent handle the process (such as rearranging text or swapping images) so you don't have to do it manually.
