How to Set Up an iOS Shortcut for Lindy AI
- Open the 'Shortcuts' app on your iPhone.
- Tap the '+' icon at the top right to create a new shortcut.
- Search for and add the 'Record Audio' action. Set the input to 'Immediate' if you want the recording to start instantly.
- Add the 'Transcribe Audio' action to automatically convert the voice recording into text format.
- Search for the 'Send Message' action (iMessage). In the 'Recipient' section, enter the 'Lindy AI' number or contact.
- Ensure the input for the message is the 'Text' output from the previous transcription.
- Add the 'Open App' action and select the 'Messages' app so you can quickly view responses from Lindy.
- Save the shortcut with a memorable name, such as 'Ask Lindy'.
- Go to iPhone 'Settings' > 'Action Button'.
