How to Set Up and Use Auto Label in Notion Mail

1. Launch the Notion Mail app or website.
2. Click the connection button to link your Gmail account to the Notion Mail platform.
3. Access the 'Auto Label' feature through the organization menu in your inbox.
4. Instruct the AI on the new categories or labels you want to create (e.g., 'Label all emails related to sponsorship').
5. Let the AI process and automatically label both existing and incoming emails.
6. Review the labeling results generated by the AI in your email list.
7. Provide feedback to the AI if there are any incorrect labels for fine-tuning purposes to improve accuracy over time.

Generating AI Drafts with Notion Page Context

1. Select the email you want to reply to or click the 'Compose' button to start a new draft.
2. Use the AI drafting feature available within the email editor.
3. Type the '@' symbol in the composer to open the Notion integration menu.
4. Search for and select the 'Notion Page' that contains relevant information (e.g., project budget pages or FAQ documents).
5. Wait for the AI to process information from that page to generate a contextually complete email draft.
6. Review the generated draft and click 'Send' once you are satisfied.
