How to Run Tencent Stand-In Locally

1. Visit the official Tencent Stand-In GitHub repository.
2. Scroll down to find the installation guide section.
3. Download the required models from HuggingFace.
4. Ensure your system has Alibaba Wan 2.1 functioning as the primary video generation engine.
5. Prepare a Reference Photo for the face or character you want to transfer.
6. Upload a Pose Video if you want to transfer body animation to the reference character.
7. Enter a text prompt describing the desired scene or visual style.
8. Run the generation script to combine the photo reference, pose video, and text into a new video.

Performing Face Swaps on Existing Videos

1. Select the target video where you want the face to be replaced.
2. Prepare a reference photo of the individual (e.g., Elon Musk or Emma Watson) you want to insert into the video.
3. Use the Face Swap feature in Tencent Stand-In to map facial features from the photo onto the target video.
