How to Install and Use Claude Sales Skills

  1. Open the Claude interface and navigate to the 'Skills' section.
  2. Browse the 'off-the-shelf' skills provided by Anthropic (Customer Support, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales).
  3. Select the 'Sales' skill and click the 'Install' button.
  4. Access the workspace folder you have prepared in Claude.
  5. Ensure the folder contains three essential reference files: previous outreach email samples, an 'Offer' document, and a 'Target Accounts' list.
  6. Enter your instruction prompt into the chat to ask Claude to analyze the accounts and generate emails.
  7. Wait for Claude to generate the complete document (Claude will rank the accounts from 1 to 10).
  8. Copy the personalized sales emails, follow-up emails, and LinkedIn messages for each prospect from the generated document.
