Setting SMART Goals

1. Open your Markdown (.md) file and navigate to the bottom section after 'Mission'.
2. Create a second-level header with the format '## Goals'.
3. List your goals using the SMART framework: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
4. Ensure each 'Goal' includes a clear metric (e.g., 'Earn a Cybersecurity certificate within 3 months') to help the AI track your progress.
5. Save the file to ensure this goal context is ready for AI processing.

Building Deep Context with History & Insecurities

1. Add a new header titled '## History' in the same Markdown file.
2. Write your life narrative chronologically, including failures and significant events that have shaped who you are today.
3. Create an '## Insecurities' or '## Challenges' section to list obstacles hindering your progress (e.g., fear of public speaking or self-confidence issues).
4. Include additional sections like '## Finances' or '## Strategies' to give the AI a comprehensive overview of your constraints and daily routines.
5. Use 'brutally honest' language; the AI requires transparent data to identify accurate connections and patterns.

Implementing a Journal & Daily Logs System

1. Create a section at the bottom of the file titled '## Journal' or '## Logs'.
2. Every time you update the file, include a timestamp (date and time) as a chronological reference.
3. Write daily activities, feelings, or brief observations using bullet points (e.g., '- 2023-10-27: Failed to study today due to stress from AI news').
4. Use automation tools (if available) to summarize all daily logs into a single concise bullet point at the end of your Telos file.
5. Provide the updated file to an AI (ChatGPT/Claude/Local AI) to analyze and identify your behavioral patterns.
