How to Manage Your Gmail Inbox Using the ChatGPT Sidebar

1. Open your web browser and ensure you are logged into your Gmail account.
2. Activate the ChatGPT (Atlas) sidebar on the right side of the Gmail interface.
3. Type a prompt in the chat box to ask the AI to scan your emails, for example: 'Summarizing all new emails today'.
4. Review the summary provided by ChatGPT, which includes the time, subject line, and message content.
5. Click or reply 'Yes' when ChatGPT asks 'Do you want to help draft a reply?'.
6. Copy the automatically generated draft reply and Paste it into the Gmail reply window.

How to Add Events to Google Calendar via ChatGPT

1. In the same ChatGPT sidebar, type a request to check your schedule or add an event, such as: 'Can you see if I'm free on Friday at 12pm for a lunch meeting?'.
2. Click on the calendar link generated by ChatGPT within the chat interface.
3. Review the event details like title, date, and time that have been automatically filled by the AI.
4. Click the 'Save' button in Google Calendar to add the event to your schedule.
